IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR BELGIAN RESIDENTS
Please note that the Australian Embassy Brussels does not process visa applications. All visa applications from Belgian residents are decided at the Australian Embassy PARIS.
Regarding your visa application, please note that the TWO RECOMMENDED OPTIONS for payment of the processing fee are:
EITHER
(1) Pay directly at the Australian Embassy Brussels and then send the original receipt with your application to DIMA Paris:
Australian Embassy, Guimard Centre, Rue Guimard straat 6-8, BRUSSELS 1040
Client Counter Hours: 0900-1200 Mon to Fri
OR
(2) Pay by bank transfer to ING bank account number 310-0823400-53. Please note that for bank transfers, your application cannot be processed until we receive confirmation of payment, which usually takes about one week. If your application is urgent, we suggest payment method (1).
We strongly recommend you pay using one of the above options. This will help to process your application as quickly as possible.
Do NOT send cash payment.
