TEMPORARY ENTRY - OVERSEAS STUDENTS

If you are an assessment level 1 student, you can obtain your electronic visa (e-visa) by making your application directly on the internet on the immigration website in Australia

How do I apply if I am not eligible for an e-visa?
From 1 September 2007, all student visa applications from residents of France, Andorra, Belgium and Luxembourg are processed at the Australian Embassy Berlin.

Students who are assessement level 2, 3, 4 and 5, or if you are participating in a secondary exchange program (you will need to hold an 'Acceptance Advice for Secondary Exchange Students'- AASES).
Please consult www.germany.embassy.gov.au prior to lodging your visa application.
Please note you can study up to three months in Australia with a tourist visa. You do not have the right to work and you can not renew your tourist visa in order to continue your studies.
