Temporary Business Entry - Subclass: 457 (long stay)
The Temporary Business Long Stay (Subclass 457) is the most commonly used program to sponsor overseas workers in skilled occupations to work in Australia on a temporary basis. It allows applicants to work between 3 months and 4 years for the sponsoring employer.

FROM 1 DECEMBER 2006, 457 TEMPORARY BUSINESS LONG STAY VISA FOR NON-AUSTRLIAN COMPANIES ARE TO BE LODGED AT THE AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY IN BERLIN, GERMANY FOR PROCESSING.
