The ETA Operating Manual is available as a download from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website.

Bulletins are also available on the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website.  These bulletins provide information on changes or updates to the ETA system.

Please note you can always verify if an ETA has been correctly issued through the TIETAC function. The message "OK to board" means the ETA has been granted.

IMPORTANT: If you have received an error message and cannot find the relevant help from the manual, please send us an enquiry on-line via:  http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/europe/occ/ 

If you receive the message "Refer Applicant to Embassy", please submit your enquiry, with a copy of the message screen and a clear copy of the client's passport to http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/europe/occ/
